Some users are reporting a widespread implementation of the Google AdWords PlusBox which provides certain AdWords advertisers with additional exposure for their listings. The AdWords PlusBox is a limited beta test that allows users to expand certain AdWords listings to see additional products from the advertiser.

In order to have your listings show the PlusBox, you’ll need to have your products submitted to Google Base and be part of their beta test.

Another way to make your Ads stand out is to support the use of Google Checkout across your site. As you can see in the examples above, Google checkout subscribers have an additional Checkout logo displayed next to their listings that help to make them stand out from the rest.
